At Zifam Pyrex Myanmar Co., Ltd., the quality of our products is a direct reflection of the quality of our people. Our strength lies not only in our facilities and systems, but in the capability, discipline, and commitment of the individuals who operate them every day.

Our workforce comprises qualified pharmacists, engineers, chemists, and technically trained professionals, supported by a strong base of graduates and skilled team members across both the Beta-Lactam and General Block facilities. Each role contributes to a single objective—delivering medicines that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and reliability.

From a People & Culture perspective, the focus is on developing individuals who understand why quality matters, how processes must be controlled, and the responsibility they carry toward patients and healthcare professionals. Whether managing production equipment, overseeing batch release, or conducting analytical testing, every function is closely linked to the final outcome—the patient.

Our postgraduate and graduate teams play a critical role in formulation development, process control, quality systems, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that manufacturing operations are scientifically driven and consistently controlled. At the same time, our technically trained operators and diploma holders ensure that processes are executed with precision, discipline, and consistency on the shop floor. This integration of technical knowledge and practical execution supports stable manufacturing performance across product categories, including beta-lactam antibiotics and general therapeutic products for chronic disease management.

A strong emphasis is placed on building a culture of ownership and accountability. Continuous training on SOPs, GMP requirements, and quality practices ensures that employees not only follow procedures but take responsibility for their outcomes. Quality is embedded at every stage of the process, driven by a shared understanding that it must be built, not inspected.

Developing local talent and strengthening leadership capability remain key priorities. Employees are supported through structured development pathways, enabling them to manage increasingly complex manufacturing environments while maintaining high standards of performance and integrity. At the same time, efforts are made to create a workplace environment where individuals feel engaged, respected, and motivated.

Transparency is also an important part of the organizational culture. Business partners and stakeholders are welcomed to visit the facility and observe operations firsthand, demonstrating how a disciplined, quality-focused workforce operates within a controlled and compliant environment.
