Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports. Prepare full set of accounts such as balance sheet, Profit and Loss and ensure timely month end closing for management reporting.

Ensure continuous operation of utility systems (Steam, Compressed Air, Power, Water) without interruption to the user departments. Participate actively in completing breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.

Co-ordination, monitoring of QMS documents and to take care of the Batch record, SOPs and all related documents.
Supervise the production activities and organize production according to the monthly plan

To implement the proper documentation management system at site. To monitor compliance of cGMP and GDP. Preparation and review of SOPs related to Quality Assurance.

Monitor compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines. Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and sampling at different manufacturing stages.

To analyze the samples received in Quality Control Laboratory and to report the actual results observed to Manager. To understand and follow Good Laboratory Practices in the Quality Control Department

To understand and Follow (GLP) Good Laboratory Practices in the Quality Control Department. Analysis of   Raw   Materials, Validation Samples, Finished   Goods Samples and Stability samples

Ensure effective material management within the warehouse. Systematically arrange incoming raw materials and finished products according to standard procedures. Generate Goods Receipt Notes and coordinate with stakeholders for sampling, approval, and material release.
